Past Life Regression is one of the most amazing healing modalities. It reveals meaning and self-understanding, clears physical and emotional blocks, and illuminates the path towards our highest personal good.

How Does Past Life Regression Work?
I guide you into a relaxed state of meditation, where you can access parts of your subconscious that hold forgotten memories. Experiences vary, but many people experience past memory in the first person. You may see it, since it, and/or feel it.
Does the therapist lead the past life experience?
Past life regression meditation is not a past life reading (which is a passive process in which another person tells you about your presumed past lives.) During past life regression, the client leads the session based on what you experienced, the information you want to share out loud, and what you want to learn or resolve in the session. The past life regression guide simply prompts or guides your journey to experience more clearly what has come up in your subconscious mind.
What happens in the session?
My sessions are generally 2 Hours, but I ask that you allow 2,5 hours so that we can go at a relaxed pace and have some flexibility. We spend some time discussing why you want to do a past life regression and what you would like to accomplish through the experience. Then I assist you in getting into a relaxed meditation state and I guide you to recalling subconscious memories related to your intention for the session. The goal is for you to experience yourself as a soul journeying and growing towards healing. After the regression, we take time to talk and process the memories and how they relate to your present life. Hopefully, you will be amazed and have a greatly different perspective because of the experience. I make sure you feel peaceful and grounded before you leave. I am there to guide you through the experience, so you can get the full benefit of the process. Sometimes the benefits are immediate and dramatic, or they can be subtler and more noticeable over time. After the regression, you will remember everything that you experienced. Over time, new levels of understanding and integration often happen spontaneously.
